The New San Juan Building is located at 220 East Colorado Avenue in downtown Telluride. This building features store-front retail space, a variety of office suites, residential loft apartments, private parking and much more!

The accounting and  administrative aspects of the New San Juan Building HOA are managed by ASAP Accounting & Payroll Services, Inc.

ASAP assists our HOA with the following functions:
        - Dues and assesment and collection
        - Accounts payable and vendor communication
        - Bank Account reconciliations
        - Preparation of financial reports
        - Annual meeting attendance
        - Annual Budget preparation
        - Owner communication
        - Year-end financial review
