With access to this center you will be able to initiate an online payment, view your complete invoice and payment history, receive confirmation that your payment has been posted, and access a full audit trail of your account anytime and anywhere.

How it works:

  • Your invoices will be sent directly to the email address that we have on file, so remember to update your email address with us.
  • Login to update/change your password, view invoices, view account/payment history, etc.
  • Make an online check payment - initiate an electronic check each time you receive an invoice. Once submitted by you, the transaction will automatically post to your account and be deposited into your HOA's account.
  • ASAP and New San Juan HOA has automatically signed all members up for this service. You should have received an email with your username (typically your email) and your temporary password.
